A multidisciplinary ESHRE Working Group is currently revising the ESHRE guideline on routine psychosocial care in infertility and medically assisted reproduction (MAR). Routine psychosocial care refers to support that is offered to all patients throughout treatment to optimize fertility care and manage the psychological and social implications of infertility treatment.
The update aims to better respond to key challenges and stressors experienced in fertility clinic settings, particularly those related to identifying and addressing the psychosocial needs of patients undergoing MAR, as well as managing patient-related difficulties throughout treatment.
We would like to invite all staff working in fertility clinics, whether directly or indirectly involved in the provision of patient care across the entire patient treatment pathway, to share their experiences and perspectives. Responses will help the Working Group ensure that the new Good Practice Recommendation document reflects the realities of clinical practice, addresses barriers to guideline uptake and implementation, and identifies priority areas for staff training and support.
The survey does not request any identifiable information; therefore, all replies will be anonymous and will not be linked to any specific centre or representative. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the questionnaire. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
